The exhibition of the author’s doll and Teddy “Modna Lyalka” was traditionally presented by the thematic areas “Author’s doll’, “Art doll – projects on the catwalks” and “Blythe & Co”, where artists and masters of dolls demonstrated incredible works of art in various techniques and styles.
“Art doll – projects on the catwalks” – the central part of the exhibition, which is represented by an open area of individual thematic art projects of the authors on individual catwalks. Each of these thoughts is a unique world of a master puppeteer with his own vision of the beauty of the magical world of doll art.
Traditionally, there was a parade of hinged dolls presented by members of the Ukrainian community BJD.
A variety of designer dolls, custom dolls, doll clothes, shoes, teddy bears and their friends, furniture, miniatures and many other different accessories were offered to visitors.
On the main stage there was a seminar “I create and create” by the speaker Anna Daisy, designer of OOAK dolls and clothes, which analyzed and considered how to find your creative path, find yourself in the vast world of handmade and not get lost. increase the level of their work, how to overcome the fear of participating in exhibitions and competent organization of the process.
The finals of contests for adults and young masters took place: the contest of author’s works “Modna Lyalka. Such a diverse beauty” and children’s art contest “Modna Lyalka”. Travel the starry sky” (for young authors from 9 to 16 years old).
Winner of the contest “Modna Lyalka. Such diverse beauty” became Anna Pasechnikova with the work “Effie” and Alla Filipova with the work “Gata”.
The winners among the young masters of the competition “Modna Lyalka. Travel the Starry Sky” in the nominations were Alina Kalmykova, Vladimir Shpykulyak, Sofia Shtepa, Maria Ivanchenko, Maria Golovchenko, Dana Osadcha, Veronika Rybalchenko, Kateryna Tsyvkalyuk and Anastasia Anisimova. The winner was presented by Art-Express Ukraine and information business partner of the Association of Manufacturers and Importers of Advertising Souvenirs of Ukraine AVIRSU. In total, 58 young masters took part in the competition, presenting 63 works to all visitors.
Traditionally, the exhibitions focused on charity with the help of representatives and projects of the charity organization – Perlinka Orphanage, Charitable Organization Childhood Cancer Foundation “Crab”, Bantyky Animal Shelter.
Next XXIV International show of Author’s Dolls and Teddy “Modna Lyalka” are scheduled for April 1-3, 2022 at the International Exhibition Center, Kyiv. Registration of participants has already begun!
